            Don't use them. I've never seen such terrible customer service. Their end product is shoddy. I can't believe a company can do such a terrible job for its customers that pay so much money. You would think they would have more pride in their company and themselves with the quality of their work. Terrible!!

            We completed Mrs. ******* Pool and it looks great, they did extra concrete which will accommodate her family for many years to come. She became upset because we couldn't get her pool installed sooner, we had delays from rain and she didn't like that at all. Her pools has a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. She text me this weekend and was cursing at me and I tried to talk to her through text not sure if she understands the way her pool works but would be glad to go over that with her and her husband. ****** ******

            Extra concrete has nothing to do with my complaint. It has nothing to do with a rain delay. The reason we don't know how the pool works is because there was not a pool school. Surely they don't consider what they did as pool school. The comments in her rebuttal have nothing to do with my complaint. She will find out the way her customers feel soon.
