    This is a reoccurring issue. I called in my medication refills on February 13,2024 and received a text message on February 14,2024 that my prescription was ready and it'll be delivered on that day so I contacted them to pay the $5 delivery but my medicine wasn't delivered so I called the pharmacy again on February 15, 2024 within the hour of the pharmacy opening and inquired about the reason that the medications weren't delivered on the days that they said that they would and informed them that I had been out of medicine for two days and needed to be sure that the medicine was going to be delivered today. I've been filling prescriptions with Olympia for over three years and usually my prescriptions are delivered no later than 11:00 a.m so whenever the delivery hadn't been made by 3:31 I p.m I contacted the pharmacy again and was deliberately put on hold for thirty minutes. I know that it's deliberatel because recent visits I noticed that they have Caller I.D. I hung up the phone and called right back and immediately spoke to **** and he assured me that my medicine was out for delivery and would be delivered today and that they have until 6:00 p.m to get the med's to me. It's 6:33 p.m and my medicine was not delivered. I have been having this issue about every other month for almost two years and because I pay for my medication deliveries twice a month this has begun to happen more frequently in the past 5-6 months. They have made numerous decisions that were the opposite of the agreements and discussions that we've had by phone on deliveries, prior authorizations that they said were sent but hadn't been sent, contact information, payment methods issues and informing me of medications and other Healthcare supplies costs before charging the amount on the credit card that's on file failing to alerting me that they filled a portion of prescriptions and owed the rest and charged another delivery fee due to their mistakes. With no success with complaints made .
