    : 10/17/2023 leased hyundai Ioniq 2023 and traded Genesis car.Paid $806.95 as first payment of lease.Signed trade in contract and final contract was not signed as Hyundai site was down per finance ********** of ************* were suppose to receive documents by email in 24hrs but nothing came. We found dealership never paid my trade in vehicle and I was still making payments . *********************** in finance lied saying payout check was mailed Dec 22,2023 and Genesis finance confirmed nothing was paid. That car was parked at the dealership on my name under my plate from 10/17/2023 until 1/09/2024 : Lease loan was not approved by Hyundai but lied by dealership.we requested to return the vehicle as Hyundai never approved loan but dealership denied by stating nothing.Never contacted us for our concerns until Dec 2023. New contract signed 12/19/2023 with different monthly payment $803 approx due to tax adjustment between OK and ********.we asked for temporary tag again as one we had from 10/17/2023. *************************** finance director there assured us to fix this issue for delay but failed.Sent contract by mail to sign with 10/17/2023 date but per month payment $817 , I denied signing wrong contract but general manager ************************* said its for record purpose only.As per them I will receive plate around 01/22/2024. I cant trust this dealership. Right now 3rd temporary tag no plates, car not registered as per MO and OK DMV I checked on 02/08/2024.emails and call was made to General manager and director of finance nobody replying on this. *************** said first payment is 02/19/2024 as they will pay for ******* as credit and then denied so I paid it.They are scamming I have proof of 4 different contracts signed with lie made of car paid off and letter showing my loan was not approved very first time they gave me car but denied that Hyundai letter has nothing to do as everything was done . Complaint filed with ONMVC, Consumer General Attorny MO, 3 times with Hyundai (not helping)

    On the morning of Monday, August 21, I left my car at Tulsa Hyundai to have them replace a fuel tube on a recall and to diagnose and hopefully fix what my mechanic called a parasitic draw, that is, something is drawing power from my car’s battery even when the car is off. For the next three days, the Service Dept would not return my calls or texts asking for updates. The people who answered the phone for the Service Dept told me several times that they were aware of my inability to get a response from the Service Dept and that I was not alone. There were many others in the same predicament. Finally, on Wednesday evening, I received a voice mail message from the Service Manager telling me that they had received the part for the recall and had tested the battery. I was surprised about the part because I thought that, since they knew that I was bringing in my car to get the recall repair, they already had the part. On Thursday morning, I both texted and left a voice mail indicating that I had not brought in the car to get the battery tested. I had brought in the car to check for a parasitic draw. Had they checked for that? I received no response to either message, so, later that morning, having given up hope of ever receiving any response from the Service Dept, I went down to Tulsa Hyundai and asked if my car was ready. They told me that the recall service was complete, but that they were just now checking for a parasitic draw from the battery. I told them that they were too late. They should have done that three days ago and that, if they had returned any of my calls or texts, we could have cleared up their mistake three days ago. As it was, I was not going home to wait for a call that would never come. I told them to stop their work and give me back my car. They did so and did not charge me for their misdiagnosis. I hope never to have anything to do with Tulsa Hyundai ever again.
