On the morning of Monday, August 21, I left my car at Tulsa Hyundai to have them replace a fuel tube on a recall and to diagnose and hopefully fix what my mechanic called a parasitic draw, that is, something is drawing power from my car’s battery even when the car is off. For the next three days, the Service Dept would not return my calls or texts asking for updates. The people who answered the phone for the Service Dept told me several times that they were aware of my inability to get a response from the Service Dept and that I was not alone. There were many others in the same predicament. Finally, on Wednesday evening, I received a voice mail message from the Service Manager telling me that they had received the part for the recall and had tested the battery. I was surprised about the part because I thought that, since they knew that I was bringing in my car to get the recall repair, they already had the part. On Thursday morning, I both texted and left a voice mail indicating that I had not brought in the car to get the battery tested. I had brought in the car to check for a parasitic draw. Had they checked for that? I received no response to either message, so, later that morning, having given up hope of ever receiving any response from the Service Dept, I went down to Tulsa Hyundai and asked if my car was ready. They told me that the recall service was complete, but that they were just now checking for a parasitic draw from the battery. I told them that they were too late. They should have done that three days ago and that, if they had returned any of my calls or texts, we could have cleared up their mistake three days ago. As it was, I was not going home to wait for a call that would never come. I told them to stop their work and give me back my car. They did so and did not charge me for their misdiagnosis. I hope never to have anything to do with Tulsa Hyundai ever again.Review from Chandler B

I wish I could leave zero stars. Tulsa Hyundai promised to have a diagnostic for my car within 48 hours. That was THREE weeks ago. No one answers the phone when I call to check the status. No one calls back. When I went to the dealership to get things out of my car, I saw ZERO managers at their desks and the phone was allowed to ring off the hook without being answered. The engine block in my car cracked after regular use. My car is well within the warranty period. Tulsa hyundai has not offered me a rental car or loaner car. I have spent several hours chasing information about my car, which has cost me time and money. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I used to love hyundai but now I will never buy another one. It could be a brand new car for $1 and I would not buy it because I never want to deal with the absolute clowns running Tulsa Hyundai. Words cannot describe how incompetent the Tulsa Hyundai workers are. The place needs to be Re staffed or shut down.Tulsa Hyundai Response

The worst experience, the worst customer service possible. Had an accident due to the ABS, which Hyundai has nationally recalled. Mr. *** from Hyundai Motor America referred me to the dealer for an estimate as a requirement for reimbursement. They didn't even attend me, instead I felt very discriminated (maybe because I'm Latino, they didn't even listen to what I told them. Because of the attitude of the Service Manager, the rudeness he showed and the treatment I received, I couldn't feel worse. They demanded that I pay out of pocket to obtain the inspection, despite the fact that I explained (AGAIN) that I was there for an accident caused by one of the recalls that I was going for. I paid for the inspection, and when I thought it couldn't be worse, they told me that I should also pay for the ABS repair, which is unacceptable. The manager didn't even look me in the face but took it upon himself to speak to a third party to explain what I was already hearing from him. As if I didn't exist or I was excluded that he was going to ask for a favor and not because of an accident caused by the same company that he works for and that feeds him. All the while I observed that the other clients were treated in a personalized way. At the end of each service, I watched as each customer was given their car cleaned. Mine was delivered to me just as I took it. I got my car and left the dealership. Days later, received an email from Mr. *** saying that he contacted the service manager and that he told him that I had refused to do the repair, then I logged in and checked Hyundai recall system using the vin number of my car, and I realize they didn't even complete the recalls. Does Hyundai lie, do the managers lie, or does everyone lie there? I've been a Hyundai customer for years; I've bought TWO cars with Hyundai WHICH I HAVE PAID IN FULL. I don't need a car wash, what I DEMAND is to be treated with dignity and respect, things that Hyundai today seems to lack.Review from Tiffany W.

They did several things wrong. They sold our vehicle before it was paid off. Plus they continue to give us the runaround on my spare key. They also said they would fix my front alignment and havent yet. They also sent me my title a month and a half after purchase and filed my loan late. This is a horrible business and things need to change.Review from Harold O

Just when I thought I couldn't GET ANY WORSE! Called 3 times asking to speak to a manager...ANY MANAGER...not a single return call. Honestly...not only would I highly recommend NOT going here, but so far Hyundai over all is exactly what everyone warned me about....NOT REMOTELY IMPRESSED after two years of ownership!
