Awful Customer service specfically Keith who said he was the sales manager. I purchased an eleoctrolux driver which was delivered to me on June 30 2022. Ten months later the dryer is not working. I called Hahn to confirm it was under warranty and they said it was and gave me a number to contact which was corporate Electrolux. I provided the details of where and when I purchased it and a ticket was created with a repair company named D3S. I was given a date and ticket number and their number. It was suggested I contact them to insure all was good. I contacted them and there was no appointment and they wanted me to provide all the same information again. I informed them they could get from Hahn. They refused and the appointment was cancelled. I called Hahn and spoke about the issue and had Jasmine helping me. She was going attempt to reach out to the service company to get it resolved. She was not able to get in touch with them and asked I call her back the next day. She was out sick when I called back and was sent to Keith. I explained the issue and his answer was for me to call Electrolux back. I explained I didn't want to waste more time being middle man. He informed me I own the property and was not the middle man it was not their issue it was mine and I needed to handle it. I have made a lot of purchases thru the years from this company usually out of Tulsa. I will no longer buy anything from a company where their sales manager believes once the product is out the door the product they sell is no longer their issue. He does not understand what customer service means and should not be employed let alone as a manager. I would recommend avoiding the Hahn Appliance warehouse on Reno at all costs while they have employees like Keith working there.

1) Note that Hahn Appliance is "Better Business Bureau" accredited
2) Purchased a high end, new washing machine from Hahn, along with extended warranty.
3) No mention from Hahn during sale about them not fixing machine, or if an issue who fixes the machine.
4) On all of the Han paperwork, there is no name nor no phone number who will fix machine, if needed (caveat emptor)
5) The machine main and only control circuit board is non-functional. The repair company does not stock the item, to much cost to carry in inventory. When this part is needed, they order from manufacturer.
6) Am looking at a minimum of 4 weeks or more just to get the part.
7) The machine is a Speed Queen top loader: don't wast your time buying there machines. You may as well get the low end machines, as they all are built with inferior parts and labor.
8) Just fyi, some of the parts that shipped form manufacturer come broken out of the box.
9) Guess that quality of manufacturer is poor at best.
10) At least the ipad, made in China never breaks, not so for USA/Mexico washing machines
