    Was quoted a 45 minute wait. Never received the usual text regarding their location with updates on arrival time. An hour and ten minutes later the guy arrived and sits in front of my driveway. Thinking maybe he had paperwork to do or something, we gave a few minutes as it was raining. After about ten minutes we stepped outside and stood on the porch and still no movement. The guy texts saying he has been waiting for ten minutes, had no response to a knock at the door and called with no answer and would be leaving. My husband ***** and says he never got out of the car, so how did he knock on the door. The guy finally sees him standing there and starts to get out. My husband confronts him on his text and lets him know we had been staring at his car the whole time and he never got out of the car! At that point he gets back in the car and drives off. Pop-a-lock refused to send anyone else to unlock it. Thoroughly disgusted with this business practice!
