- Refund and Exchange Policy
Full investigation services require a retainer fee of $2,500. After the investigation is completed and their is a balance remaining, that balance is refunded. This is addressed with in the contract of services. However, if your situation just requires less then full services, then services are charged upon an hourly rate plus expenses, and again addressed with in the contact.
