    The reliability of the internet service is not worth any incentives offered. Had the service for only a few months but experienced many outages both day and night that lasted anywhere from hours to a full day. Took weeks to bury the line in the backyard. Unburied cables down connecting roads remain in several nearby neighborhoods to this day. The perceived discount is offset by the amount of time and effort spent reaching out to support and customer service for outage issues and negligible billing credits if they are even reachable. Save yourself the trouble and use a different ISP. The juice isnt worth the squeeze.For the more tech savvy crowd: Port flapping issues for the highest speed available. Several outages caused by inexperienced service technicians chopping 48 strand bundles of fiber in various areas. Static IP I paid for was reallocated without any notification. Im not sure the equipment provided can keep up with the advertised speeds.Probably an ok service if you dont mind being without internet intermittently. Awful if you rely on it for remote work or business. Best if used for leverage with your current ISP to receive a discount on your current service without switching.Would not recommend.
