      "Absolutely awful! I was listed under my mother's plan when I found I was pregnant, but due to education I had to move I attended my prenatal appointment they said BCBS of Oklahoma wouldn't pay for the first appointment and needed a PPO waiver for the second appointment which my clinic obliged and filled out the waiver I called before my second appointment they said the waiver was approved back in April but when my clinic tried to bill them they denied the payment saying the waiver was denied." ...       "Almost tripled my prescription cost with no warning whatsoever. Even though it is legal to raise prescription cost during the plan year (which it should not be) they are supposed to give a 30 day notice (according to the Oklahoma REMOVEDbut they did not even do that." ... Read full review
