We had a softball tournament in Tulsa this past week. Our team was required to book our hotel through a third party. We were all required to pay a deposit upon booking. We have used the third party Traveling Teams many times in the past and never had an issue until now. I called 06/25/24 to upgrade our room as we needed more space to sleep and what was initially booked would not accommodate us. Upon upgrading our room, the *** changing our reservation stated our new rate was $179 per night and the deposit would come off of that. Well, that was not the case. They have refused to correct this issue and been more than rude about the entire situation. The pool at this facility was not functioning so we had an entire team of girls who were unable to relax in a pool, but they did not disclose this until we asked about the pool and were told we could go to the hotel next door, which was an inconvenience, so we did not do so. The shower stall backed up with water when using, the bedding was stained, the dishwasher did not work. One of the bathroom doors did not even close all the way. There were just so many issues with this facility.

4/28/24 we were told to go through Traveling Teams for our hotel reservation at the Residence Inn Tulsa South. We made our reservation and had to pay a deposit of $129.95 which was $22 per night plus tax. We were told we would only be charged the difference. We did upgrade our room but were told that our rate would be $151 per night. Well we were charged $179 per night and our deposit was not taken off. We even checked out a day early. The hotel argued with me the entire stay in regards to how this worked and refused to give the appropriate credit. *** spent countless hours trying to get this resolved.

    Desired Resolution / Outcome

Due to the stress this has caused and the countless hours trying to get this taken care of we are now seeking a full refund immediately since we were overcharged $292.96.
