            I had an appointment on 5-24-2023 and I called the office and talked to Yana and was told James was sick and the appointment was changed to 5-26-2023 and they never called and no show they ghosted me and James even said he called me and said I had a different company working on it for me and said. I didnt know who they were and was confused why they were calling and said I cancelled. I also talked to Yana and brought up onyx and she also said why am I going so cheap and James also said that doesn't sound like Yana. Ok why would I lie about that. I know it was right before Memorial weekend I guess they wanted to take off they are the ones that made the appointment not me. Even before this I tried calling and online requests and nothing. Tell me why would I lie that doesn't sound like me I wouldn't want them coming out now. Once again you see a company trying to pass it off and play the blame game and put it on the customer. SMH
