            I have been trying to get my warranty work done for over a year. Countertops are developing pits and cracks (No response back from the manufacturer) Cabinet painted from leveling and adding trim Door to the garage has a gap at the top Both upstairs bathtub faucet turns all the way around Family room window leaking Master left sink stopper doesn't work Yard was finally fixed but not the ponding on the side of the house, verified with Mark and it does need fixed The garage door does not have one of the supports connected, it was missed, see pics, finally broke Possible leak in the master shower, something is rotting out the trim by the shower, being worked (being worked) Dishwasher rusting

            I just had to come leave a new review. We were told when negotiating that they wouldn't come down on the price at all because it was lower the value of the future homes. We were also told they wouldn't include a fence because that wasn't part of this neighborhood. Fast forward 6ish months, they offered our new neighbor a fence because "the house was on the market too long" so that was incentive to sell it. It was literally listed for 3 months before it was pending. Our other neighbor said there's was listed for 12 months and they refused them a fence and wouldn't budge on the price of theirs as well. Another neighbor, whose house was listed close to the same amount of time as ours, paid 9k less than the asking price after only a few months in the market. These people are liars, the quality sucks, and the customer service is awful!! Do not buy from Glenwood Homes unless you want a cheap looking house for more money than it's worth!
