      The appointment was Jan 4th at 10:30am and was for a licensed professional to come diagnose and repair the cause of rapid cycling. Instead an unlicensed child was brought to my home to learn. ****** then proceeded to leave the kid working unsupervised on things he didn't know how to work with at the expense of our property. I did record the entire event as proof. In the recording, the kid actively tells ****** that his equipment was faulty and ****** acknowledged it as faulty but proceeds to tell him to continue using it in spite of the damages to my property. ****** not only ignored the damages they were doing while they tried to teach but even told the kid to just let the refrigerant spray and even to loosen the tool more, spraying refrigerant out for 15 minutes straight per the recording. I asked him to refill what was wasted in the refrigerant because everything had just been refilled less than 2 months prior and ****** refused. To make matters worse, he promised a report then proceeded to lie about his work and provide a false statement as to the details of the work, I assume because I confronted him to his flagrant disregard for the wasting of our resources and the irresponsibility of having someone without a license doing unsupervised work to equipment they kept telling him was faulty. Not only did they not fix the problem but it seems to have made it worse. I would like the refrigerant filled appropriate becuase I do have appropriate proof to it just being filled up, as well appropriate repairs to the damages.
