The work was originally done on August 20,2020, and cost$9095.89. We were satisfied (sic) with what was done and paid for it expecting that all was well. We hadn't experienced any severe rain with east wind for a year and a half. On Monday, March 21, 2022, we came home to the water pouring through our dining room ceiling again, in exactly the same area as before. After cleaning up the water, I called Blackmon Mooring in Tulsa Ok ( company we had previously used). A young man named **** came the following morning around 7AM. He took pictures and our documents concerning the previous repairs that were done, with the cost listed also. I began calling the company after 3 days of not hearing from anyone. Finally, after many calls, the manager, ********** sent me a text: "Hello Mr. *****, this is **********. Can we plan on *********** (Estimator) being there about 10-11 am Monday?" I agreed with a "thumbs up "Yes! Monday at 10:57 I called and left a message with my ****. He texted me back "In a meeting, I'll call you when I get done." Later he called and said he was referring me to *********** who was the Estimator for the job. He forgot to send the number for Mr. ******. I contacted him through a voice mail and he texted back "I apologize! It's Monday...***********: # (***)********. On Monday I again sent Mr. **** a text stating, END
