      Company refuses to provide detailed invoices for charges automatically removed from our business account. They attempted to use high-pressure sales tactics to push us into another 5-yr contract on a copier but could not and would not provide information regarding the volume we used for the past year so as to make an informed decision for the next machine. Upon looking closer it was found the charges against our account were very inconsistent in some months. Charges were most often between $100 and $130 however some months were $500 with no justification. To this day they have not produced invoices. Invoices were provided prior to having the ability to charge the account automatically. In trying to pay out the contract through the equipment financing entity this company would not cooperate so that I could get payoff information though the owner directed me to the company for payoff information knowing the financing entity would only communicate payoff to them, the service provider. Now that we have purchased a copier and paid off the leased one, we are still receiving service bills though they were informed June 4, 2025 we were no longer in need of their services.
