      We had significant water damage as a result of a water leak in our roof. We met with 4 contractors but ended up hiring ***** and his team. We have owned a home for 14 years & never needed to use our insurance until this happened to us so we were pretty clueless on how to proceed & obviously the insurance company was not our advocate, but ***** was great to work with. He helped me understand what the insurance company's responsibilities were & acted as a guide through the stressful process. It was certainly less stressful because of his help. *********** team were great. They showed up on time & were highly communicative. They text when they were going to be later than usual if they had to pick up extra supplies or tools. They kept the area they were working on clean, picked up ************* at the end of each work day, swept up & even installed plastic floor to ceiling walls throughout the house to help to keep ************* to a minimum in areas where they weren't working. The work quality was amazing. They managed to the work done to match the rest of the house. They matched paints & base board trims, they rebuilt the fireplace masonry better than it was before. They matched the texturing on the ***************** Maybe these things are standard for contractors, but we were constantly thrilled with the ********************* of the entire process. At the end of the project, we did a walkthrough & made sure all work was done to our satisfaction & some things weren't, but *****'s team came right back out & fixed it right away. After the work was done, before the furniture was moved back in, ***** employs a house cleaner to come in & detail clean the whole house from top to bottom! She did a great job too. I suppose the best thing I can say about the team is that, for all future projects, I will call ***** right away. I will recommend his team to any friends, ****************** who need work done, & I have been thrilled with them through the whole process.
