              On January 20th, I made a phone call to Repair Pros at their Broken Arrow location. I asked how long an HDMI port repair would take for an Xbox One X. I was told it would be 7-9 days, but could potentially be two weeks. The person at the store also told me if they can't fix it, they would issue a full refund (which is $173). It is now February 18th and I am still waiting. On top of this, twice I have contacted them asking for an update on how much longer it would possibly take and both times I was told they would get back to me with an answer. Both times they failed to do this. If a company is backed up so much that repairs will take 1-2 months, I understand, but they need to be honest and up front about it instead of lying to customers about how long it will take. OR they need to not force people to pay up front and instead not charge the customer until the services are complete.
