            Purchased a spray in bed liner today. When I picked up my truck I asked if there was anything I needed to know and they said no it's good to go. I put 5 pickets in the bed from Lowe's and it ripped part of the liner off around the wheel well I called and the owner said to bring it back in and they would fix it. I took it in d as me he said if I left it overnight he would get that park refinished. At 4:30 pm he called me and said I should have waited 24 hours before putting anything in the bed and it wasn't covered. Nowhere in any information provided written or verbally was I told to wait 24 hours. I had even asked if there was anything I needed to know. Nothing. Now I'm told this after the fact. When I asked about this he just sat there and said uhhh. No apology for misinformation, no attempts to make it right. I want it fixed right or a refund please

            We recently purchased a LEER camper shell for our truck, $3500. We were told it would take about 2 1/2 months. Within about 4-6 weeks we got the call it was ready. We were so excited! When we got it home, a day or so later, it rained and it leaked in multiple places. The rear window door handles stick and it is super hard to open. Then, we noticed, after driving it LESS than 40 miles the camper shell itself slid about 1/2 inch backwards from it's original spot. When we called there was absolutely positively NO show of concern, apology, OH NO's, NOTHING. They were more concerned about us getting the truck in before they had to go home. I looked online to try to find an owners phone number or email and that's like finding a needle in a haystack. Still have not located it. DO NOT BUY FROM TULSA TRUCK WORKS!!!

            We have reached out to the ********'s, made arrangements to fix their problems with the Campershell, I apologized for the employee they talked to and took care of that. The ********'s were very nice and understanding, brought their truck to us to fix all the issues.
