            I baught washer and dryer on February 27 2023 from elite appliances the washer and dryer were originally 450$ but I paid an extra 25$ for them to deliver they charged my card for 500$ idk why. There was a 30 day warranty. The washer stopped working the next day I called elite appliances and they said they would send someone out I waited until March 21 before they actually came and got the washer to fix now no one is answering the phone and the building is empty still no response I am making this complaint on April 18 I would like my money back to the faulty product they sold me or a working washer.

            We bought a washer and dryer from them about a month and a half ago. The washer didn't work so they took the washer back and said they had "fixed it". The electronics in the back weren't even mounted down like it was the first time we had gotten the washer. We called him for the first couple weeks and he said he couldn't get any money (mind you it's only 300, a business should have that no matter what) so finally he said he would have our money, so when we called him back to set a time for them to come get the washer and give us our money he said he didn't have any money. We have been trying to call to get our money back and for them to get the washer for over a month. We believe they are avoiding our calls.
