    I ***** ********* flew to Tulsa Oklahoma June 15,2022, I rented an apt. from Reserve at Silver Maple at time my husband and I of 37 years of marriage. Lived in Reno Nevada. We had a moving company ship our belongings. When we arrived. The Land Lady or manager of the Reserve at Silver Maple said I ***** ********* did not have credit so she could not put me on the Lease nor could she put my dog who is a registered service animal on the lease. I am on Social Security Disability since 2011. My husband is on Social Security. This was on July 12, 2022. She has never put me on the lease when we pushed her to do so, she put an eviction notice on our door. I still have this notice it was not served and not legal. I took it to a law office. My husband was the one without credit. She rented the apartment to my husband in only his name we feel because he had more money on his check. We had to go to the bank at TCCU here in Tulsa Oklahoma and Secure credit for my husband using our money he had no credit. We can no longer live here due to all of the Code violations in this apartment. I want my husband and I off of any obligation to this apartment. Please help us. Code enforcement did come they are going to serve her this week. My husband is 67 and I am 63 we need help . We have an excellent rental history in Reno
    Nevada for over 12 years.

    The applicants credit was locked at the time of the background screening and a complete background check was not able to be performed to be added to the current lease.

    The property manager informed the applicant about this, and they were in the office trying to unlock their credit, which is still an ongoing issue at this time.

    During the winter storm at the end of December 2022, the community had multiple busted pipes, and the City of Tulsa had to turn off the water so the property could repair the pipes.

    The residents did call the local Health Department, and the Health Department contacted the property manager who then explained the situation, and the complaint with the Health Department was closed.

    The property manager did provide a lease violation in the past to this resident but not an eviction notice.

    I unlocked my credit for over 30 days during the time we were trying to rent this apartment. I was notified by Eqifax that The Reserve at Silver maple did run my credit several times. There is still the issue of the apartment of being unfit for living. The Code vilolations have not been fixed. I am unable to leave my apartment due to her stairs when there is ice. we have **** roaches. She said she sprayed on Jan 10,2023 she said she used the Superior Pest Control but we took pictures of the spray bottle set by the dumpster.. She had her maintenance people spray and we have **** roaches even worse. The Letter Notice to Remedy Defualt was to ****** ********* dated 7-26-2026. Page 3 Section 21 of our your lease only ****** name is on it. States it is a lease violation to behave in a loud or obnoxious manner. She was talking about when my husband was trying to get a space for the trailer when moving in. Nothing to do with putting me on the lease I still have the original letter. This landlady will lie cheat or steal to make a case. We are unable to use our heater in the dead of winter because of the vents in this apartment. The water heater is faulty. All this is noted with code enforcement. The lease is illegal.

    I requested to be released from my 1 year rental lease at these apartments, apartment #***, due to the management team not dealing with black mold according to the CDC. I have 2 letters from them stating I would be receiving my full deposits back, $1,149.00. I have not received my money as of today. The letters are dated for October 10, 2022. I have called multiple times to be told file a lawsuit. I need help forcing this corrupt company to honor the legal agreements it has entered into.
