            I responded to his newspaper add. Came over and gave a bid. Half funds now, half upon completion. $1250. Gave a agreement. Showed he was a member of BBB. Also bogus. Power washed off old paint and painted some of the gutter and never returned or will take calls. Total scam.

            I found this character in the Tulsa Paper. He quoted me a fee of over three thousand dollars to do a job that I end up paying less than $400 for. In his ad he says he is a member of the BBB but he is not BBB accredited. I would say this is some kind of scam, and I am not sure why the Tulsa Paper allows it.
