      I scheduled a payment to be processed 3 days before the cutoff date and when they shut my electric off on the 14th I called to see why and thy stated that there was no payments on our account, scheduled or payed. When I tried to access my bill pay account on their application (xpress bill pay), the server was messing up. When I stated this to the employee she said that she did not have any evidence on her side that the servers had any lack of communication over the weekend. So due to computer error my husband and I ended up having to pay a $50 fee for re-connection and an additional $50 deposit based off of some 12 month usage system. So not only did our electric get turned off based off of technology error we are out an extra $100 because "there is nothing they can do about it". This error has happened more than once and also happened while on the phone with them.

      My bill keeps growing every month. I am a solitary occupant of the 2 bedroom apartment at North ****** ave and utilize utilities sparingly. For the month of February, my bill is $324. Does Tahlequah think it's NY? My friend lives in California in a bigger apartment and never paid that much! This is a horrible company and prices are unreasonable.
