    First we waited at the camp for over an hour to get on the bus. The employee forgot our paper in his pocket so we missed our bus. After much arguing amongst the staff one of them decided to take us all by ourselves on a separate trip to drop in. We then waited another hour for them to come back with gas for the generator so they could inflate rafts because, and im quoting the employees here, "This happens EVERY Saturday because our boss is a greddy *******." The staff profusely apologized but then at least 4 young men were told to "take a swim" because they couldnt ride back in the vehicle for whatever reason. They waited in a closed trailer with a raft on top for shade for the other employees to come back. When they did return they still were on raft short which ended in my family being left on the shore for ANOTHER hour while they went to get us another raft. Once we finally in the water we floated for less than an hour an half when they stopped us down the shore to tell us we had to get out because it was passed time. I called the front office and said and I quote "I want to speak to a f****** manager or whoever is in charge". They quickly hung up on me and when I called back this morning the owner informed me i assaulted a minor over the phone and would not be getting my money back. The facilities were disgusting and the conditions for the workers were deplorable. I was also completely ripped off for my money.
