              Paid contractor, IVY CONSTRUCTION (that was named contractor of the year in **********) ****** to build a home in ******* **. This contractor started to build, pouring the slab (which is cracked everywhere) framed the home (which has SEVERAL issues) and attempted to place metal on our home. The metal still isn't finished, we are living there tho because we cannot afford to keep waiting and getting bogus answers. We signed a contract in Oct 2022 and between then and not he has had every excuse in the book not to finish. Our total home costs was supposed to be around 320K. his portion so far that he has put back into our build *** total up to 130K. ****** scammed us, took our money, and he has not even attempted to make this right. This has ruined our life as well as put us in a financial burden. We need help. We need someone to make this right and this man deserves to be BACK in prison along with his dad and wife.

              IVY IS A GREAT COMPANY! THERYE COMING UP IN THE BUILDER WORLD, ONCE THEY HAVE THEIR KINKS KNOCED OUT THEY WILL BE ONE KF THE BEST! THEY BUILT OUR LARGE ****sqft HOME ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND WE LOVE IT. BUT THEY'RE GROWING AND STILL HAVE A FEW ROUGH EDGES THAT I HAVE NO DOUBT WILL BE VERY SMOOTH VERY SOON!
