On about January 7th thru the 10th of 2022, Mr. Billy Jeffery of Jeffery & Sons Painting out of Spiro, Oklahoma proceeded to paint my deck and provide replacement services for 4 skylight panels in the roof of my metal barn. The work was completed on the 10th and the contractor was paid $2650 for his services. He committed to me that should there be any problems with the work that he and his sons would come back and make the problems right at no extra cost to me. A few weeks later one of the skylight panels blew off of the roof and the other 3 panels are loose. Mr. Jeffery was contacted about the problem and he said that he would get back down here soon to repair the problem. This was in late January or early February. Since that time I have tried calling Mr. Jeffery many times to see when he is coming. He will not pick up the phone and talk to me. Also, the phone number he gave me for one of his sons that can receive e-mails or texts has been texted many times with no response. The resolution I want to see is for him to come back here and make good on the repairs to my barn roof. Currently I have a large hole in my barn roof that lets the rain in. I want Mr. Jeffery to honor his commitment and fix my roof. I would be grateful for any help you can give in prompting Mr. Jeffery to honor his promises to me. Please warn any persons making inquiry about this business about his unreliability!
