Hello, ************, It is unfortunate that you have continued to misrepresent this situation publicly. Our customer service department and CEO have spoken with you several times about your request for a refund. We've even attempted to offer a substantial discount toward a future purchase. After looking through all communications, we found that we did send the right product based on a photograph you referenced on our site during your consultation. Our return policy states that we accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is unopened. Unfortunately, your purchase occurred 9 months ago, far beyond our policy window. We are always willing to consider exceptional circumstances within reason. However, 9 months is so far beyond that we wouldn't be able to, in good conscience, resell the product as new to another customer. We sincerely hope you can understand our position. Thank youReview fromEmi P

5 starsThe customer service at **********************, based out of *******, ********, ***, truly sets a high standard for excellence. Unlike many businesses that outsource their customer service, ********************** maintains its operations domestically, ensuring that communication is seamless and personal. My experience with their team, and *** in particular, has been nothing short of remarkable. ***'s expertise and honesty about the products and their applications have been invaluable, guiding me towards the best choices for my projects and steering me away from potential pitfalls. As a regular customer, I've had the pleasure of engaging with their service team multiple times, and each interaction reinforces my decision to keep coming back. It's disheartening to see a small business, which has become one of the best places to work in our community, targeted by those who may not understand the value they bring not only to our town but to their customers nationwide.Direct Colors exemplifies what it means to be customer-focused and community-oriented. Their commitment to honesty, knowledge, and genuine care for their clients shines through in every interaction. It's businesses like Direct Colors that enrich our small town, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of their products and expertise. Their exceptional customer service is a testament to the hard work and integrity that drive their business forward.Direct Colors LLC

1 starI would leave a ZERO OR NEGATIVE NUMBER REVIEW if I could. They blocked me from their FB page. Thats what they do to the customers that leave an honest review that they dont like and/or agree with. They dont stand behind their products and will blame you for not doing proper prep work. Do your research on ALL search engines to see REAL reviews and photos of their products. Also see below other reviews -My son is building a house and decided to use this garbage for his floors. What a mistake that was.. now he has to pay to have it repaired. Their front desk person said "you have a problem with your concrete"..Terrible product and terrible customer service. Buyer beware..I don't usually complain but I ordered desert ***** and it turned my concrete Halloween orange, I called for help as to what to do and she suggested I buy a dark color to mix with the desert *****, it did not change the color, I can send back the unused bottles at my expense plus a 20% restock fee, now I'm stuck with all these bottles, anyone that loves bright orange is welcome to buy mine at a reduced price!!!!Customer service department is the definition of useless. I had some trouble with some bad product after spending $250 on it and they did nothing but say try again. The product started flaking up not even a week after it was applied it didn't work as advertised. I'm very disapDirect Colors LLC

******************,Even when using a different address, I hope this letter finds you well. We would like to address the concerns you raised regarding your decorative concrete stain project. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We were pleased to see that the completed project looks beautiful in the photos you shared with us. We understand that your project was a DIY endeavor, and we commend your efforts in taking on this creative task. The result of the black with white waves was impressive. However, the issue you encountered with the tackiness of the surface after applying the stain and acrylic sealer is unfortunate and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. These issues, which we spoke about, occur when you attach acrylic plastic and/or tape to the surface so you can complete other projects. I'll post them again just for clarity.Curing Time: Acrylic sealants, like other sealants, need time to cure properly. If acrylic tape and plastic are applied too soon after the sealant application, they can trap moisture and hinder the curing process. This may result in an uneven or tacky finish. Adhesion: Acrylic tape and plastic might adhere to the acrylic sealant. If the sealant has not fully cured or bonded with the concrete, attempting to remove the tape and plastic later may cause damage or peeling of the sealant. Air Bubbles: Trapped air bubbles can form between acrylic tape, plastic, and the acrylic sealant if they are not applied carefully. These air bubbles can create irregularities on the surface and negatively impact the finish. Tackiness: The use of plastic and acrylic tape can create a sealed environment where moisture and volatile solvents from the sealant may not properly evaporate. This can result in a tacky or sticky surface as the sealant struggles to cure and dry. Staining: Depending on the type of plastic or tape used, they may react with the acrylic sealant, leading to staining, discoloration, or a chemical reaction that affects the appearance of the surface. To resolve the issue, we provided multiple solutions and assistance to help rectify the situation. Our goal is to ensure that your project meets your expectations, and we remain committed to achieving that outcome. To that end if you wish to repair the problem, we advised you to take 120 grit sandpaper and scuff a small area then reapply sealer to see how it takes to the surface. If it looks great, then follow the process for the entire floor. Remember to just lightly scuff. However, if it does not work, or the sanding requires you to go too deep you would need to strip the floor to remove any traces of the tape and plastic and then refinish the project. Further, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offered a refund for your project. We understand that you decided not to accept the refund, instead choosing to dispute the charges, and we respect your decision. We want to emphasize that our reviews are genuine and unedited. We are committed to transparency and believe in presenting raw feedback from our valued customers. We do not censor, edit, or police our reviews, and your feedback, whether positive or constructive, as it helps us continuously improve our services. If you still require any assistance or have further concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to support you and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your decorative concrete project. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to addressing any outstanding issues. Thank you for choosing Direct Colors for your project. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to work with you. Please feel free to contact us at ************ or ******************************** at your convenience. Once again, thank you for your trust and patience. We look forward to assisting you further and ensuring that your decorative concrete project meets your expectations. 1 starHorrible customer service and horrible products. Products are so horrible that the company doesnt stand behind their products. They will blame the customer for the way the project turns out. Do yourself a favor and use a different product and dont order from these guys. Do your research and dig deep because if you do youll find all of the negative and nasty reviews. They get an A++ for filtering reviews to weed out the bad ones.Direct Colors LLC
