    I have used their antivirus software for years, however the device I purchased it for is no longer in use so I tried requesting a refund thru their website, which it says I am eligible for one until 4/13/25. The problem is, after asking why you want a refund, they force you to chat with a "human agent" who never comes into the chat so your request is never processed. I have tried several times over the last 3 days and the result is always the same. I get no response. There is also no phone number to call for payment issues, only for tech support for their product.

    Avast states 30-day money-back guarantee. However, while I tried multiple times to get in touch with the company for two days, no options worked. I could not get through. I do not want this product, and should not be stuck paying for it or being stuck with a 'subscription.' I am contacting you in hopes you can help me obtain a full refund, and guarantee Avast won't charge me for a subscription. PLEASE EMAIL, I CANNOT HEAR TO USE PHONE!!!

    Between my inability to get through to Avast, the company not responding to BBB complaint, and numerous other people on their forum mentioning similar problems, it looks like they leave people hanging until the 30-day money-back guarantee expires.  

    This shows regardless of how large they are, they're not a reputable company.

    I want my money refunded, and subscription cancelled.

    I received a refund.  Hopefully they've cancelled my subscription and deleted my account, too.
