      I feel that Pristine Pest Control has violated basic professional and good business practices.I had used them in the past and was happy with them and often referred them to other real estate investors. When I needed them again, I had trouble getting hold of them, they didn't answer or return my calls. Once I got a hold of them, I set up an appointment to spray the duplex for roaches. The service was on 1/17/24, for $100.00. My duplex was half empty and half rented and nothing was said about the renters removing any of their possessions from the cupboards. When the technician came, he informed us that it really was not a complete treatment since the cabinets had not been empty. I immediately attempted to talk to the owner to see what we could do, calling and texting over and over throughout the month with no acknowledgment of my attempts at contact. Finally I received an email asking for a review.* I use this format to again express my extreme unhappiness with the service and with having no acknowledgment of my many calls or texts. I received a return email, saying they would come treat again if everything was removed from the cabinets. I made that clear to my renters and they said they would do it. However, there were a few cabinets that still had things in them, when the technician arrived, so he said they would not treat because we had not done 100% of the prep work. I was okay with that, I said, I understand I will now have to pay for a treatment, and I want to schedule it as soon as possible since my renters are living out of boxes, having removed most of their possessions from the cabinets and drawers.Again all of my attempts at contact, many phone calls, texts, emails were ignored, no response at all. This kind of unprofessional and childish behavior has no place whatsoever in business. I decided to show up at their office and see if we could work out a solution but they were actually not present at any of the addresses that are listed on the internet. When I texted them and told them I was going to place a complaint if they did not call me back and that I had been to all of their listed addresses and did not find them present at any of them. They immediately texted me back with their address so I know for certain they received my calls and texts, and they were simply ghosting me, again extreme childish and unprofessional behavior. I was forced to call another company and began the process again. *When they sent me the email and said they would treat if all the prep work was done they included a flier with instructions to empty all cabinets, which I had never seen before. It would have been appropriate to send me that before the treatment, which they did not and did not say anything verbally about it. I ask the other investors, who had used them, and they confirmed, they also were not informed about any needed prep work.Since they failed to do basic due diligence, sharing the flier before serve, I am asking for a full refund.
