On 6/27/25 I ordered a wig that I thought would look nice on me as my hair is coming out due to breast cancer and the company said that they offer 40 day refunds or exchange if it doesn't work out. I respectfully request/ask you to help me get my refund of $360.80 and return the items to BAISI Company.
When I received the wigs, they were not styled as advertised. They were not what I purchased.
I have been emailing the BAISI company daily since 27 June 2025. I have asked the BAISI company several times for the return label I PURCHASED FOR $3.99 to return the wigs and for BAISI to provide me a total refund of $360.80. BAISI keep trying to give me a $50.00 discount and a discount on my next order. I will not ever order from the BAISI company again. There is nothing I can do with these wigs. They are truly a mess. They look horrible. I did not purchase wigs that I would have to design and style. The purpose of purchasing the wigs is so that I do not have to style and design hair.
I have uploaded a photo of the wigs I received and photo of the wigs I ordered.
I also sent the photos to BAISI.

I purchased a salt & pepper topper. It's like a toupee for women. I purchased it on the 22nd of June and it arrived on July 1rst. Once I opened the package I knew right away that it was not what I had ordered . I notified their company about this but I was told that not only would they not refund me my money but I couldn't send it back either. I paid $131.00 for it and they offered to give me $35.00 back. This business takes people personal hair experience with done by a hair stylist and list it on there page as a wig products. They took my personal experience as an alopecia client and have it up on there website falsifying information My style isn't a wig and I did not give them permission to advertise me repeatedly on there page attracting customers to see my hair process and the face. On May 3, 2025, I reached out to ***** Hair, expressing to them my concerns with the look of the Pixie Cut Wig, and it's too small for my head. I requested a return label
to return my purchase order# 43825 and be refunded in the amount of $92.66 that was placed on April 25, 2025.
Hoping in good faith ***** would stand behind their return policy, I made a second purchase order #44890 in the amount of $159.20 on the same day I reached out. Currently, I'm waiting for that wig to arrive.
On May 4, 2025, ****** ***** representative responded back to me, ***** is aware of my request for a return label and not being satisfied with wig products. She wanted me to send pics, and from there, she would give me the best solution.
On May 5, 2025, I reached back out to ***** Hair, attaching photos as requested and once again expressing my concerns with me not being satisfied with the company return policy. And threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
On May 11, 2025, a representative responded that if I return my package, ***** will charge the tax fee of 120% of my payment. ***** does not recommend returning. They can compensate me with $30 if I consider to keep the wig.
I attached ***** return policy and it does not state that under there policy webpage. BBB please investigate and assist me on recieving my refunding back from ***** Wig.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:False Advertisement! 1) ***** needs to post that on the SharePoint about the hairstyle may not look the same out of the package and each wig are styled by an hair stylists. 2) Leave it up to the customers' disgression to choose. I want ***** to stand behind their refund policy. Believing in ***** refund policy, I made another purchase on the same day. Im so disappointed in Baisi. Once again, Im requesting a return label and be funded my payment $92.66 in full to my card.

I purchased a wig on April 12, 2025 for $61 dollars. The wig was nothing at all like the ad on the website. The website site said human hair. It was not . The style advertised was a pixie cut where the hair was laid and was combed to the front. The wig I got was not a pixie cut with no shape at all. It looked like a male wig topper for bald men. I sent pictures and Ashley said put on some makeup and it would look fine and refused my refund. I have never seen a wig made like this such poor quality. I purchased a wig on 3/8/25 solely based on the online advertisement from Baisi Wig! There was a 30day return guarantee so I felt comfortable ordering the item. On 3/17/2025 the item was delivered via *** **, as soon as I open the package I knew the ad was a scam. The wig looked nothing like the online model. This was a bait and switch. I immediately sent a email and explained how horrible the product was and Id like to return it for full refund. On 3/18/2025 I received an email reply from Baisi requesting the order number. I replied and provided the order number. On 3/20/2025 I received another email from ****** requesting pictures and or videos of the product. I immediately took photos and sent them via email and have not heard back. This product is horrible. I spent $109 on something that is not worthy of the price. I want a refund.Business Response
