For our web design clients, work completed is not refundable. If for some reason you are not happy with your service, we will cancel the contract and refund monies for services and time that have not been expended.
For our search engine optimization clients; we optimize your business based on recommendations by the major search engines and based on your goals that are set when we begin work. Since we do not control the search engines, we can not guarantee that your website will rank, nor can we guarantee a timeframe. For each SEO client we provide reports of monthly tasks performed to improve your rankings in search engines. SEO contracts are month to month. In every contract, however not guaranteed, we give an expected timeframe to see results. Clients may cancel at any time with a 30 day written notice. - Business Categories
