At one point I had rated them 5 stars; but that has changed and I am even considering a dispute for $953 charge unless provided an invoice I have requested repeatedly. I changed this review to one star after tolerating inappropriate behaviors from their so called office manager ****** as it doesnt matter how good your veterinarian is; when your front desk treats someone that way multiple times in the same day. I have not one but 3 recordings of her (as well as printed call transcripts) in which she opts to yell at me REPEATEDLY AND HANG UP IN MY FACE/DECLINE CALLS because of her errors. Then to make matters worse; after she waits until after 6:15 pm to send a required prescription for food she forget to add (and blamed me for despite having recorded proof of having reminded her an hour prior) she finally sends the paperwork via email. Apparently; at her age she didnt realize the name you enter for a PDF is sent to the client. There she labeled it as an abbreviation for A****** ******. I though about simply uploading the recordings of her behavior to my million TikTok followers; as I can clearly be heard saying maam you need to stop raising your voice at me when she begins yelling her excuse for failure to provide THE ONLY FOOD THIS ANIMAL CAN HAVE OR THE PRESCRIPTION I HAD ASKED FOR SINCE HIS DIAGNOSIS. That could have potentially risked his health and well being INTENTIONALLY. Instead opted to report her to the vets themselves and terminate my usage of their clinic. Luckily I spent the week my Tam was hospitalized here finding a new vet and they are already scheduled there. In fact; I was charged $953 yesterday; towards a bill I was never even given……yet there were no details towards the charges or what they were for while citing I owe an additional $900. I would have had no issues paying had she actually been respectful and supplied paperwork as my last time there they had sent their entire staff home but the vet due to ice. That didn’t exactly settle well
