    My car was towed by ital motors. First visit was told I had no insurance but I did and have had for the whole time I had the car. I proved I had insurance then he said it was because I was late on my payment. I was not. We had agreed I would pay my balance on the next payment. I spoke to them and let them know I would be in thwyvsaid fine. That night my car was picked up. When I paid $400 to get my car back. It was damaged. It was making a loud creaking sound and a rubbing noise when yiu turn left. I went back inside to let them know. He told me to come back today. When I did. He said he jad no mechanic I jad to wait until he spoke to the finance company. He refused to give me the name of the finance company. Or thr name of the towing company. I had my car checked out my struts were stretched and my front end was bent on the undercarriage. I was kicked out of the carlot when I told him I spoke with a lawyer and I jad a right to know who the finance company was. And who towed my car. The tow truck jad no name and the guys operating would not tell me who they were. This is common practice for this business.

    We are not responsible for any damages to the vehicle or any lost items during a repossession. We have sign in our building and it is in the contract as well. I have attached pictures of the vehicle when it was sold, also picture of messages we sent to collect payment she made an agreement to make a  payment on a certain date and never came. Final notice was sent for payment and insurance  and we received no payment no insurance, to avoid future repossession just make the payment on time and provide insurance.

    Hello, my name is ******* and I want to write ital auto I try two cars one was a Dodge dart and the other one a ****** Altima so I try to dodge dart first in the Dodge dart was shaking so I told him I didnt want that one so he put me in a ****** Altima and I try that it was driving pretty good but they was about to put a battery in there so I guess they didnt but I took off with the car and drove it and when I got home the car was sounding kind of weird so Im like this is not how it was not sounding so I was waiting for them to open up but I did have the car so I can go to therapy the car stopped on me in the middle of the street with my kids and my kids had to help me push the car but come 9 oclock I called them and they didnt answer to me but I have my cousin called and the answer to her so he called me he said bring the car up there its like he had an attitude but I saw him about to go see whats wrong with the car cause I was right across street from AutoZone so when I went to AutoZone they said my computer does not work in that car and Im like what do you mean the computer dont work I said the car is not no good or is got a fuse something is messed up so I took it to them. He had a whole attitude like he didnt want to fix the car they put a new battery in it bro but it still say engine light still on so its like its another place call OReillys , they can read it. They said the computer not working so I went back and told him that and he said what do you want me to do about it what I want you to do about it is to fix it I purchase this car from you he said well I told you to bring it Monday. No I need this done today. I have a newborn baby. I cant put all my baby and my kids in danger because you want me to wait is what I told him so he gave me a lemon car for 1500. Im pain and suffering he told me to get out of his office. He said I cant refund you your money, so Im hurt because he gave me a limit car he knew exactly what he was doing the cars up there do not work. They gotta use a battery charger but didnt even know that this car was about to go out. They have almost 2000 miles on the car and I had to pay that much money in the windows dont even raise down I can get out on my driver side my kids cant get out the passenger back side so its two doors that wont open. Its very dangerous for me and my kids so I left the car up there and I left the keys in when I came up that I get my money. yeah, you told me you can get my money back call the police he was just talking mess to me, I really want them to be shut down because theyre not good people please Im asking you how to fix this. Im not a happy customer because he couldve put me a something better but give me something ****** Im not liking it please Im begging you to help me.

    She came to my office April 2nd and she got approved for only two vehicles the 2015 dodge dart and 2013 ****** Altima. We asked her to test drive the vehicle prior to purchase and she liked the ****** Altima. We asked her to take it to her mechanic to check it prior to purchase and she refused. We sold the vehicle as is. She called the next day and complained about the battery, with no questions asked we changed the battery. She came back again and said the check engine light is on we called ************ immediately and got an appointment for Monday to check the check engine light. We sold this car as is without warranty it is not our responsibility to repair the vehicle, but we still asked ************ to check and fix the check engine light for her. ******** asked to bring it in Monday and we informed her. At first she said okay and left. She came back with her aunt, and friend and proceeded to use profanity against me and my employees. Since, her and her aunt were being disrespectful and incorporative we asked them to leave. After they left they called the ************* ****************** The officer came and informed them they can not do anything since it is a civil matter, once the officer left we inspected the vehicle and it had damages to the passenger side rear door, she drove the vehicle for a total of 85 miles in one day without insurance. How is she going to risk peoples life to drive the vehicle without insurance and making damages on the vehicle and drive with her kids in the car without insurance. She is still responsible for the balance of the ************* the damages on the vehicle. In the future, if she is seeking for help she needs to learn to be respectful and not use profanity against people that are wanting to help. In our contract it is mentions to inspect the vehicle prior to buying as well as the signs in our office. First page of contract indicates no refunds in which she signed. I have also attached pictures of the vehicle when purchased.

    I just know I wouldnt really done because thats a lot of money I gave you all I want was a nice car and you gave me a mess up car. All your cars have held damage. How is that other car damage your car lot Do dont be going to blame me for The passenger side, cause I know how to drive gave me a Ragley car like I said its not right Yeah, I did call the police and And let them know I want my money back but should be shut down yeah not good but dont call my phone talking about. I owe 195 when I dont even have the car thats how I sound like some scams trying to get me but you keep 1500 because its gonna be more than that Im giving you for pain and suffering and pain and suffering a lot so be ready to go to court civil court, but dont give nobody. No they dont have license. Dont take money if they can pay for insurance to pay for insurance, does that make any sense in I told you that that was the last of my money so make it make sense. How was I was gonna put insurance on the car and Im not putting no insurance on something thats have nice cars out there and you wanna put somebody in a car you shouldnt even be open, you shouldnt even have no auto place you continue getting complaints about other people how you do them. I seen a lot of reviews look at reviews and purchase from you and I know you a scam you need to do that but 1500 dont worry about it pain and suffering what Im going through because I cant get my kids back-and-forth school and I cant take my baby to her doctors appointment. Just because you abandon the vehicle here does not mean contract is cancel specially with damages. If we do not settle this account we will sure for the remaining balance and damages of the vehicle.     I went to ITAL auto on may 22 2023 looking for a car with lower payments then the one i currently he settled to sale me a 2018 ****** Altima for ****** with a down payment of ***** monthly payments would be 321 sound like I had myself a great deal but when finishing the deal i was asked to leave the car and come back the next morning to pick it up they wanted to make sure everything was good but as soon as we left the car lot with the car I went to a local mechanic bc something on the car just felt weird turns out the car has over ***** in repairs with no bottom carriage on the car the whole motor had to be dropped to even keep the car in shape to even run there are s**** holes all over the interior and outside of the car A/C didnt work battery needed to be replaced as well as the key fob , breaks/rotors , bad oil , bad timing chain , struts/springs, exhaust is bent causing a knocking/rattling I paid for ***** in repairs this car is NOTHINGGG like I expected it to be especially since the dealer themself never made this issues aware to me they didnt tell me anything was wrong with the car so thats what I was expecting a car worth no issues

    We always recommend to customer to get the used vehicle inspected by mechanic prior to purchase.  We have signs on our walls stating that and I have attached, also the mechanic she choice to go with over charged her for the work. We read the reviews and they over charge we have attached picture of it as well. We test drove the vehicle prior to her picking it up and it was running smoothly, no noise and A/C was working fine. When she picked up the vehicle, she stated she took it to a family used mechanic, however she lives on the boarder of ******** how does she know this mechanic. For a key fob battery, they charged her $45.00. She called ** we have recording of all of our incoming and outgoing calls and informed she was having issues with the vehicle. We specifically told her to bring in the vehicle so we could take it to our mechanic and see what was wrong. She informed us she had already left it with a mechanic. We never said we wouldn't help her to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle if there was anything even wrong with it, we were closed on Monday for Memorial Day, and we still advised her to bring it in so we could leave it with our mechanic. She denied we cannot force her to leave the vehicle so we can help with whatever she stated was wrong she later brought the vehicle to us after her mechanic changed the "timing chain" our mechanic stated $3,100 was overpriced when it should of only coast $750 at the very most if it was ever bad. We test drive our vehicles prior to customer picking them up and if we find something wrong, we take it to our mechanic. The A/C was working when they took the car, she stated her mechanic charged her to fix the A/C and it blows cold. We need proof the timing chain was bad because we don't have any of it being bad or making noise as they stated. Everything could have been avoided if they brought the vehicle back like we requested so we could take it to our mechanic.

    I was never recommended or told I could take the car to get it looked at before hand also they are basing their opinion on the car shop I chose to go to off 1 review car repairs wont be cheap especially if your looking for good quality on the repairs as I was and the car had rattling to it , A/C blew HOT air only til it was repaired I have paperwork showing I paid for that yes I do live close to ****** but so I needed to drive the car this far so thats another reason we got it checked bc of how funny it was driving especially when we hit almost 65 the car would start shaking I have kids Ill be traveling with so I need a trustworthy car and I was told this car had a total of ***** in repairs I never denied bringing the car back the day he called the car shop had already had the car for a few days I dropped it off 30 minutes after leaving the car lot so by the time I could tell them stop the work on the car they had already did most of the work it was total to ******** I was told I would have to pay that before I could return them their car I honestly wouldve loved to continue service with them but honestly Im looking to just get my money worth back and go on back me i empty my bank account on this car bc I thought it was something I could actually drive I didnt think I would be getting ripped off the way I did Im extremely disappointed I really wanted the car but Ive already put a total of ******** thats more money then I had but I just cant Im afraid to get another car that will also have issues

    When she called our office to let us know of the issues we advised to bring the car in to have ************ look at it, because when we test drove the vehicle nothing was wrong with it. She did not bring in the car until after she had her mechanic "do the repairs". We also offered to get the vehicle inspected prior to purchase again it is on our walls. We tried to help and asked her to bring in the vehicle so we could have ************ look over it, but she did not bring it in we can help in our way most mechanics want to tell people things are wrong with the vehicle to make money that is why we take it to our personal mechanic so we can know for sure what is wrong with the vehicle. We never denied to assist she just refused the help and now wants to write a complaint.

    Again it was never mentioned to me that I could take the car to be inspected before purchasing or I would have also Im clueless on why false information is being told ***** for the timing chain ? It was ****** for the timing chain set ******** is the total of ALL the damage not just the timing chain itself ITAL AUTO took a copy of the same packet I was given from the mechanic so Im not sure why it keeps being said ***************************************************************************** a SAFETY RISK the battery both negative and positive have been cut and have exposed wire it was recommended that its disconnected there is a numerous amount of problems wrong with this car this car shouldve never even been on the lot for purchase IT HAS A SAFETY RISK I have children what if I wouldve kept that car and had my children in the car with me !? ITAL AUTO was very careless with my purchase Im extremely disappointed I never denied bringing the car back the shop was closed on Memorial Day I brought it the very next day I would love to hear that phone call recording you have of where I denied brining your car back.

    I bought a car from this business and one of the we owe you was for them to fix the fog light alignment and tire sensor . After them doing this process the fog light fell out of the brackets and pulled the bottom grill under the tire. This was the first time the vehicle had been in the highway since they worked on the vehicle. The following day I took the vehicle back up to them and they went back and forth with me. Finally agreed to fix the vehicle if I paid $100 deductible. I thought they repaired the vehicle. This morning I came out of my apartment and noticed the bumper was hanging off on the side that they repaired. After seeing that I immediately took it to ital auto and they said I needed to pay them for the repairs. I took a picture of the vehicle for references. Then they had their service person look at the vehicle and he clipped the bumper back in place and advised me that the fog light was loose again. And pulled on a tab on the damaged side. While on lunch today I looked closer and discovered the tab was duct tape and that when they repaired the vehicle and charged me a deductible they duct taped the fog light into place instead of actually repairing the vehicle and the damages like they agreed to. They did not provide a receipt or break down of the repairs that they did. When I purchased the vehicle, They told me the only things fixed on the vehicle were the front passenger knee assembly. I then had a friend inspect and he indicated there had been other body work as well that they did not disclose. They then contacted my husband and said that I wrecked the vehicle and needed to pay to fix it. When I in fact did not wreck the vehicle.

    When she purchased the vehicle we did agree to fix the alignment, get her a fog light and the tire senor. What we agreed on was fixed, she states that right after we fixed the problems she had issues with the vehicle then why did she wait a whole month to come back and tell us the fog light fell out and messed up the whole bumper. The fog light just doesn't fall out on its own. We still helped her and bought a new bumper and installed the fog light as well and she agreed to pay the $100 deductible that till this day 5/18/23 has not paid. After taking the vehicle back from us installing the bumper and fog light a month or month and a half have passed she wants to come back and say we did not do it right. When clearly on the picture she provided you can see scratches on the brand new bumper like if she hit something.  We told her we could help her fix the damage but we were no longer going to be paying for the bumper and labor and everything else. She disliked it and started yelling, we did contact her husband since he is on the contract as well and we were never mentioned anything of repairs not being done right until supposedly a month almost two later after taking the vehicle. We called her husband and he said "don't listen to her she's crazy" we had to call ************* ***************** to have her removed from our property and asked that she is no longer welcome at our car lot. Probably the reason why she's so upset and decided to do a complaint.

    I am rejecting this response due to the fact that the information in his response is a not correct. and a misrepresentation. I came back a week after i had the issues and the bumper the fog light pulled the bumper under the tire while on the highway. He claimed that he fixed it well. The appearance seemed fine. As i do not know much about cars. Then awhile later probably about a month later the bottom bumper came loose again. so i took it back to the dealership to ask them to fix it they refused while on lunch that day the i noticed the duct tape they put on the bumper. I tried calling numerous times the hung ** in my face and **** refused to talk to me. So when i got off work i went to talk to them. **** ignored me and asked me about a balance of 50 dollars left from the 100 dollar deductible. I asked him for an invoice of the work done on the vehicle he refused to provide it I have a video of the conversation where he is yelling at me and my daughter. he did call the police on me and i spoke to them and showed them the video. I filed the complaint before i went to the business and tried to speak to them. When they acted the way that they did and after showing the officer the video, the female office who responded to the call even said that he was being *****. He also has told my husband that we are not allowed to take our vehicle out of *************. He also threaten to repo my car for not sending him a dec page when i had already sent him am an ID card. He agreed to fix the fog light did a poor job twice and used duct tape to fix it to hold it together longer. Of course I wouldnt be able to see duct tape on the inner side of the bumper unless there were problems which happened to be a month later.

    As mentioned before repairs were done. Attached is a picture of the scratches on the bumper that proof something was hit in order of the bumper and fog light to come off, nothing comes off just in its own. Even if this vehicle is taken to a body shop they will tell her it was cause by it hitting something. For all we know she could have put the tape on there we have been in this business for over 30 years and don't fix our cars with ducked tape  ********** to a body shop. Again, she is not allowed in our property we need payment and insurance on time at all times. Attached is also receipt records where we have refunded her deductible she half paid but still gave her full credit for the amount of $100.00 and late fee. We are not here to maintenance her vehicle every time she hits something and wants to say repairs were not done correctly. Moving forwards we do not want her in our office she is loud and has no control of her ****** children she lets them run around touch everything climb on this she could of gotten hurt climbing on a heavy flower pot if she would have fell off it and it fall on her.

    there has been no resolution to the issues. As well as there was no accident. Again I have insurance if i was hit or hit someone I would file with the insurance. Seeing as I didnt hit anything and I would have had to dissemble the entire front of the vehicle theres no way that I could have placed duct tape where it is. My hand doesnt even fit in that space where the dictate is place. They did not take the vehicle to the shop like they instructed me they were going to. They called me back and told me that they were doing the repairs in shop. When I asked for an invoice of the work he refused to provide it and called the police. And him referring to my daughter as a ****** child is inaccurate. I was preoccupied with **************** at me.

    I bought a car from ItalAuto in July of 2020. There wad an agreed on price which was posted on the window of the car. The owner didn't tell me it was actually thousands more. He also didn't disclose that the car had been totaled and had a rebuilt title. I found that out when I got full coverage insurance on the vehicle and found it difficult to find a company to insure me because of it. The owner of italauto requires car buyers to have full coverage insurance on vehicles though. I paid my car payment every month on time and put thousands down on this car. I made several improvements to the vehicle and cost me thousands all together. In August of 2022 I lost my only car key and italauto claimed they didn't have another. I was going through a hard time financially and my payments were late for a few months but I always kept in touch with them and always answered their calls. At the same time this happened my insurance lapsed on the car and it had not been driven in over 4 months. I told them this. Ital Auto texted me and informed me that although the car wasn't being driven I had to have full coverage insurance on it. & to get it immediately or they would repossess it. So I did as I was told & paid $250 to put full coverage back on the vehicle. I emailed them the insurance verification as they asked with the email they provided. Although I did as they asked they came in the very early morning hours 2 days later and repossessed it. Just after I paid $250 to get the insurance back &new key. Then they called me wanting me to pay for the key they had to buy and for a dent in the bumper. They allowed me to come get a few personal items from the vehicle but wouldn't allow me to get my deceased fathers things out of the trunk. they agreed not to take it If I got the insurance and they did it anyway. Then claimed they didn't have a phone number for me and couldn't reach me. They did this to my mother in law too She never even got her title to her car. And there are others!

    When the vehicle was sold we always disclose the vehicle being a rebuilt title, it is also mentioned in the contract numerous times when signed. We always require full coverage insurance regardless if the vehicle is being driven or not. His insurance cancelled 9/1/22 and we repossessed the vehicle in Nov due to lack of insurance and payment. Same day vehicle was repo was when we received insurance after the fact that vehicle was repo. We can not let our vehicles be at risk and us lose money. We did inform him we could not refinance him the vehicle again, but he could go to his bank and get financing from them and buy the vehicle out from us. Once we repo the vehicle wife called several times and used the * word towards us numerous times we have recording of phone calls. We informed her we could not discuss the situation with her since her name is not in the contract. After ****** called we informed we can not refinance him the vehicle and he was welcome to come get his belongings we did mention we would not allow wife to be present due to her cussing us out. Next day he came with wife in her own vehicle and ****** in his motor cycle we still let me start getting his belongings. Wife threaten to kill our general manager. When comment was made we contacted the ************* ****************** wife took off and left our dealership. They are lying to protect themself they keep lying we have a contract with his signature understanding vehicle is a rebuilt title, and that we require full coverage insurance at ALL TIMES REGARDLESS I* VEHICLE IS BEING DRIVEN. We asked the ************* police department to make them aware they can not come to our office and they may contact us through email. I have attached copy of signed documents stating insurance and rebuilt title. *or further questions please contact our office

    Purchased a vehicle in July 2020, made all payments to date. Fast forward to Aug 2022, change insurance companies for cheaper rates when my old policy expired so there was absolutely no lapse in coverage, 6 days later on a Friday I get rear ended so it’s obvious not my fault, have to wait until Monday to get the police report with the other drivers insurance information but I had contacted my current insurance provider already so they were aware. Monday night/Tuesday morning car gets repossessed, then receive a call from former insurance provider that the car lot had filed a claim and they needed additional information from me, had to get back door contact info from insurance company because carlot refused to answer my calls. When I finally got a hold of someone and asked why they stole my car he says it’s because of my insurance…I have full coverage insurance with no lapse in coverage, then he says I’m a month behind in payments…umm no I’m not Aug payment isn’t due until 31st and even then I still have 10 days to get it paid. Then tried to say I owe late fees, asked numerous times for a breakdown of these charges (what months) so I can compare with my records, never received. Finally he says well your car was in an accident…ya don’t say..thanks for effing up my claim and why would you file a claim with my former insurance company knowing that policy had been cancelled? Entire office staff needs to learn some manners and quit being so damn rude to people.
