    12/5/2024 7.99 was taken from my account without permission. I made a purchase probably 6-7 years ago and have not done business with them since then all of a sudden received this charge. No services with provided.

    I originally purchased from this business in 2019 when they were called *******. They changed their name around the time I cancelled my subscription. It’s been around 6 years since I’ve authorized any charges from them yet in 12/5 they charged my account $7.99 without my consent. There is no website, social media, or point of contact to resolve this issue and now I have to shut down all of my accounts due to fraud. This situation needs to be investigated as I am one of people being charged.

    Happily.co charged $7.99 on Dec 5, 2024 (***** *** ******l). I have not used their services since 12/2022. It seems this happened to many many other previous subscribers.

    Was charged $7.99 by Datebook (the former name of Happily) on 12/04. I did not initiate this charge. I had a subscription with them many years ago, but it has been cancelled since 2016. This is a fraudulent charge.

    My account was on pause. I looked today and they charged me $7.99 for no reason. I did some google searching and found a ****** thread & a ******* thread that this is happening to thousands of people. The Happily website is fully shut down & now way to contact them.

    My Happily Co account has been canceled and closed for YEARS, then in November of this year, they began charging me again - the regular 7.99/month fee I canceled years ago, but now they are charging it TWICE! I canceled this account because it was not useful and services were declining every month. Now there is no website, no business phone number or address, no one to reach out to so I had to file a complaint with my bank.

    I was charged with two separate 7.99 charges in December of 2024. I only bought one box from this company in 2022, so they stored and reused my credit card information. I cannot find a website or any contact info for the company, but somehow they were able to reject my dispute by calling them “recurring charges”—recurring charges for what????? I haven’t received any services and I’m not subscribed to anything. Popping up two years after a purchase with a double charge for 7.99 is ridiculous. SCAMMERS!!!

    I had a subscription with Happily from 2022-2023. I cancelled my subscription in the May of 2023 and have not had any business with them since. On December 5, 2024, this company charged my card $7.99. This company lacks a presence online any more and there appears to be a whole ****** thread of people just like me that this happened to. Not sure what happened to this business but they are charging people $7.99 who have no business with them, including myself.

    I received a fraudulent charge on my credit card from this business for $7.99 on December 4. I used to subscribe to them but unsubscribed in 2021. The business website is disabled and their phone number is disconnected, so I can't contact them to dispute the charge. I have found lots of people on Reddit who've had the same experience recently:

    It seems like this is some kind of scam. I was able to block the merchant from charging me again on my credit card, but they can't just get away with this many fraudulent charges!

    The company that used to be Datebox/Happily charged our card after years of inactivity. The charge occurred on December 5, 2024 for $7.99. The website for the subsciption service is no longer functioning and it appears as though they have gone under. Attaching a ****** post that reveals we are not the only ones experiencing this. I hope someone more knowledge files a lawsuit against them.
