    "They failed to verify telephony services with monitoring company before leaving the property which resulted in REMOVEDreceiving a bill to complete a simple task that could have been avoided by 1st double checking their work and secondly making a trip back to verify everything was okay on their end before involving a secondary company. Integrity seems to be an issue with this company."
