CBR Roofing & Exteriors offers a comprehensive 5-year warranty on all our workmanship. This warranty ensures that any damages to the property that result directly from faulty workmanship by our team will be repaired to the property's pre-existing condition at no additional cost. The warranty covers all craftsmanship defects for the trades and work conducted by CBR Roofing & Exteriors.
In the event of interior damage caused by water infiltration due to our faulty workmanship, we will handle all necessary repairs and associated costs promptly. The warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors such as natural disasters, fire, or impacts from foreign objects, nor does it cover general wear and tear or alterations made by other parties.
This warranty is transferable under specific conditions and works in conjunction with any material warranties provided by manufacturers.
