- Additional Info:In April of 2022, BBB investigated RideOnCarsAndBikes's business practices. The investigation was prompted by a large volume of scam trackers reports and complaints. Consumers were purchasing from this company and were having issues either getting their order at all, only getting parts of their order, getting a much cheaper item than they thought they were purchasing, or receiving an item that wasn't what they ordered. As of August 8th, 2022, BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business. All phone numbers, websites, emails, and fax numbers are disconnected, and all postal mail communications are returned to sender. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to contact legal counsel and/or The Attorney General's Office of Oklahoma. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of RideOnCarsAndBikes.
