    I purchased 8 pieces from CurveDream on July 11, 2025 for a total of $239.09, order #******************, which I received on July 23,2025. I have NEVER been more disappointed with a clothing order before. None of the outfits are as pictured on their website. The fabric is awful! The quality is lousy! The sizing on all the outfits is off — either too large or too small. I tried to give them away for free to one of my friends — and she refused them. Their website TOTALLY MISREPRESENT the clothing offered. The site should be taken down. When I requested a refund, they offered that I keep the clothes and they’ll return 30%. Why would I keep clothes that I can’t wear? Why should I have to pay the return price? I’m awaiting a label from them so that I could return the items,

    I ordered 2 dresses from this company. They sent me 2 dresses but not the ones I ordered. I have sent numerous emails and have no response.

    I returned items, but I kept getting a notice stating that I was getting a refund, to no avail.

    The company will not provide information on how to return their poor quality products after five email requests. They keep spinning in circles asking the same question and not actually progressing to a refund. There is no phone number to speak with a human.

    I ordered from CurveDream online on 04-18-2025, two dresses and one pair of pants for a total of $85.47. My invoice number is ****************** and the Order # is ******************. The items arrived May 3, 2025, packaged well but are poorly made and do not fit according to size and measurement. I wrote May 4, 2025, inquiring about the process for a full refund and received a respond asking why I wanted to return the items without any information about returning the items for a refund. I responded May 8, that they do not fit and I need an address to return the items. When I asked again for their address, they responded by asking if I would accept $30 and keep the items. Or I could accept a gift card for the full amount and keep the clothes. I do not wish to keep clothes, nor do I want to order from them again. I just want to return them for a full refund.

    They show on site my items were delivered, they were NOT. No tracking number. I have sent five emails to customer support with no answer from them.

    I ordered 3 items from CurveDream. 2 of them didn't fit and I've emailed CurveDream 4 times asking for a refund and where to return the items. They have not responded. My order total was around $134. I received my order on May 1, 2025. I'm sure there's a small window to return an item for a refund. There's no phone number and customer service isn't emailing me back.
