    This is the first we've heard of this, so thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our office is currently under construction, so if the previous notification was mailed it's likely that we've just not seen it yet.

    Regarding the complaint, below are the details regarding the dates/times we provided set up instructions and other actions taken to "repair" the products/services the customer purchased:
