I had Them open my pool for the summer. The first men that came out were kind, and told me that the outdoor outlet was not working. Of course they left without saying anything. I called again, and spoke with The owners wife to schedule another time for someone to come out and open my pool after I had the electricity fixed. I asked her if she could addon that the people put the summer cover on. When the men came out, one of which is her son, they left a mess. I found the winter cover thrown in a corner of the front of my backyard, I found my chorine floater in the far back end of the backyard, and I found the long pole that you need to have for vacuuming and skimming the floor broken in half on the bottom of the pool. I personally know that that floater and pole were in the corner of my shed, and did not incur any damage with the ice storm, as I had been in the shed about a month ago and saw them. I then just know spoke with the same woman,(owner's wife) who was very rude again and talked to her about what happened. She blamed the wind that I guess must have blown the chlorine floater out of a closed shed in the front of the backyard all the way to the back. She also stated that a pole of course would break or spit with a clean cut side by side in my pool due to the ice storm when I had put it in my shed. It must have walked there itself and broken in half side by side while maneuvering into the pool. I asked for some type of compensation or discount on a new pole, she stated very curtly that no, there will be no compensation, and she could just make it that I could never do business with Leisure time again. I tried to explain to her how much I liked leisure time and I went there because my parents bought their pool their as well as one of my sisters. I was not allowed as she hung up on me. I just thought I would advise others that this is not the way the company was run 2 years ago when I bout my pool for over $2,000.00. If I was treated that way the first time, I would have never gone there again and reported them to the BBB then. If I could I would have given hem no stars or negative stars for this experience."
