    I was in an accident July 14,2022. I delivered my car to his body shop on July 23,2022 and full payment from my insurance was issued in August iao 5k. *** received excuse after excuse. From the beginning I have had to constantly reach out to him for updates, which most times doesnt get a response. Hes promised videos and pictures for MONTHS yet never delivers. After expressing my concern that he possibly no longer even had possession of my car because of the inconsistencies of his communication and the progress of my cars repairs. I reached out to him multiple times where the phone # I have for him, was out of service. This resulted in me having to make contact via ******** to receive yet another undelivered updateand ETA. After questioning the existence of my car I finally received Updated pictures of a vehicle that could possibly be mine about two weeks ago. At that time he promised to have the car completed by the following Friday, yet still no car. He has provided nothing but excuse after excuse and the run around for the last 5 months when the insurance company paid 5k in August! *** requested my car back regardless of completion as I would just take it to another body shop to finish repairs. He refuses to return my car! Im unable to even see my car because his business is in a gated location

    I do not have an invoice from the body shop, I only have proof payment was made from my insurance  company to the body shop. I have now received my car back without the completion of work being now. I am now requesting payment in full back due to work was not completed.
