Once our paperwork was passed off to the service department who would coordinate pick up and install, there was an immediate difference in the type of customer service we experienced. 1st we were encouraged to pick up the pool ourselves so that install would be faster. No big deal. Coordinated getting a trailer and drove the 2 hour round trip. Once we got home and unpacked the truck and trailer, I noticed that I didnt receive everything I paid for and some of the items I received (pump and filter) were the wrong type. I called them the following Monday and this is where the rodeo began. I talked to ***** and he didnt even know I had picked up the pool. He said oh I dont have you on the install list. Then he tried to pressure me into coming myself to swap the equipment out because of staff availability. I returned the favor and pressured him by not agreeing to that solution. They were at my house within the next two days to make it right. But it doesnt stop there. Theyve called me 4 times to reschedule. The first time I understood because they were backed up do to previous weather days. (Oklahoma hasnt had rain since I purchased this pool). But when I talked to them each time they would say did you pick your pool up yet? This made me nervous because if they wouldnt remember if I had gotten the pool, then.? The last 3 reschedules have been for something coming up, family emergency, and there were rocks in the last install so we have to push you off another week. At this point Im frustrated because I signed an agreement that didnt hold Family Leisure accountable to a timely install. I signed an agreement stating (paraphrase) cant guarantee install date due to Oklahoma weather. Icing on the cake is that I cant take any legal action without going first through a arbitrator in *** at my expense. Well I have a message: none of this has been because of weather. First, I do not recommend purchasing ANYTHING from Family Liesure, OKC. that may need service. As read in the other reviews, they will not perform as they tell you. We have a hot tub purchased from Family Liesure. The tub developed a leak. So, we contacted FL to repair. They sent D***d out to check it out. Got a $99 charge for checking it out. OK, understandable. D***d said it was “O” ring problem and would get the parts in about a week. That was April. Called twice to check on status. Finally, in May, he came back out and replaced “O” ring. This didn’t fix the leak. Called FL and told them the tub still leaked. To make a long story short, this is the middle of July, FL has told me several times they would be out on a certain day and I stayed home for their service guy, D***d. Several NO SHOW, NO CALL! DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM FAMILY LEISURE, OKC THAT MAY REQUIRE SERVICE!!!

After a year of solar cover and chemicals our pool is currently leaking. After paying $8,000 for a new pool weve spent hundreds already to fix leaks. Have left several messages and No return call. Ive been told to ask for a zac, a *****, a *****, and a ****** and nothing. Very disappointed with this company and will NEVER recommend this business to anyone I know.Review from Katie W

Bought my 34ft pool and spa in Jan 2021 was told spa and pool would delivered . It was spa set up and I was told I would be the first on the pool set up in April. Finally in May an installer came out, he kept saying "I never put up a pool this big". No crew just him and his wife. I had to go buy supplies he needed to install. I had to help hold the sides. When completed the liner fell the next day. I called FL and was told that is installers problem. I had to contact the installer he came back out. Now the liner wrinkled and the surface in hilly and has vallrys. Called FL again was told it couldn't be perfect. I requested some to just come look at it, made appt, mo shows no calls. I start losing water, call again no response. Finally in August went in person, they sent a repair guy out who fixed the leak due the installed didn't installed the duding properly. I was told I would be getting a new liner and new sand and surface would be smoothed out. Now it is October with phones being returned, no liner on schedule. I finally got Zach on the line and said it problem next spring.Family Leisure Response

We will get your pool fixed. Sorry for the delays we have had a problem with our suply chain and getting liners. The other problem is the weather is getting cooler at night and to get the liner in and to fix your problem we need it to warner so can get water in your pool. Sorry for the delay but we will get the problem fixed.Review from Mark C.

I purchased a 21 foot round above ground swimming pool on March of 2020. Didn't get my pool, sales person said they sold my pool and they would upgrade my pool to a 28 ft round. Installers finally showed ** in July 2020. Installers installed my pool and installed it improperly. The pool floor was uneven, sides were bowed out, sides were uneven. Talked to the manager and owner, said they would fix it in the spring of next year. Told me not mess with the pool and to just put winter cover it. So I did. They even e-mailed me to the repair. I called them this spring for repairs, I was told to drain the pool and they would be out next week for them to repair the pool. No show. Now I am going to legal council. 2 years of **** with this company. Now it's time for a court system to resolve this since I have been a liability to this company which I am paying monthly payments on a pool I can't use!"Family Leisure Response

Mr ******* did send someone to fix your pool but it rained and we couldn't do the job that day. The installer didn't inform use he couldn't do the job.We thought it had been completed . When you let us know that it hadn't been completed we got your relined rescheduled and completed. Sorry for the confusion.
