              I purchased a 2018 ************* from this dealership on January 3rd, 2024 and was not informed of the problems with the Jeep. The radio is faulty, the mileage often reads incorrectly, and there is cosmetic damage that the dealership did not include in the paperwork. It took me over a month to finally get someone to actually give me the time of day after calling up to the dealership repeatedly. Once I finally just showed up at the dealership and demanded for a manager, they informed me there was nothing they could do because they arent a Jeep dealership and to take it to another dealership and have them fix the problem. They also informed me that they could not fix the cosmetic issue because it had already been repaired, yet the crack was still present. I have read many bad reviews from this dealership and I highly regret doing business with them. They do not answer the phone.

              So many problems, not enough space. I lost nearly 100 points in credit due to this deal, ran my credit a month later without our permission as their finance guy did not send in our paperwork on time. Got ahold of the GSM who can’t communicate in a timely manner and has nothing but excuses, then a GM and they seem to think they’ve done all they can with a short and sweet email. Do not purchase from these crooks. Also they have my trade in for sale (while I was still paying on it, took over 3 months to pay off) with less miles posted then what it had when I traded it in. Crazy.
