    Two months ago, I purchased a used car from Bob Howard Acura in *************. The dealer was supposed to register and title the car in *****. I was told that the permanent license plates would be mailed to my home address in 2 months but I haven't received them till date. My temporary plate expired and I am afraid of driving the car without proper plates. I contacted TX DMV and they said that they didn't have any record of car registration based on my car's VIN. I tried to follow up with *** Howard multiple times but they were not really responsive and helpful at all.Recently, I filed a complaint with ******************* Vehicle, Dismantler, and ******************************* and also filed a complaint with *******. Through this complaint, I request BBB to pursue the matter with *** Howard in registering the car with TX DMV and getting the permanent license plates as soon as possible.

    We currently do not have the title from the auction.  I spoke with the customer and explained that to him and he understands.  We will expedite it as soon as we get it.  Auction received the title on 10/23 and had to send back to issuing dealer due to some mistake on the title.  They are awaiting the state to fix the title and send back to auction.  Auction will send it to us as soon as they receive it.  We are doing everything we can to get this handled.
