This business was recommended to me by my dentists office. My son is needing to get his wisdom teeth removed. So we called and attempted to set up an appointment for the surgery. The office informed us that we needed to schedule a consultation before an appointment could be scheduled. I took my son in which consisted of scheduling the appointment, receiving a few pamphlets, and nothing more. A few weeks later I was sent a bill for a $160 for the consultation. I was never informed of the cost and nowhere in the paperwork did it say anything about the charge. When I called to business the lady on the phone apologized and said the charge would be taken care of. Today, almost a month later, I received a letter in the mail saying I was being turned over to collections for the $160 bill. I called OMA again and a new lady had no idea what I was talking about. She said the bill would not be taken care of and it needed to be paid. The lady did not care about my complaint and did not offer any solutions. I paid the bill and canceled the appointment. OMA lost out on my business.
