    After we purchased this oven, at the recommendation of *********, the doors where broken upon installation. we called to have them fixed. They said they ordered new doors and would call when they came in. They never came in. After months of waiting (over 6 months) they said they got them in. When the service tech showed up to install them, they were damaged and looked terrible. They took them back and then informed us they were unable to get the replacement doors and attempted to glue the original door trims back on. Glue is showing on the edge and the fronts of the doors are releasing in spots.Then the clock/timer stopped working. We called in a service and they brought out a new clock board and control board. They changed out the clock/timer board and left the control board without changing it out (I have it here) right before the warranty was out on the unit. I never set the clock as they set it when they left. When attempting to set the clock for daylight savings, it was all messed up and was almost impossible to set due to the buttons would not respond correctly and the oven ahs now stopped working correctly and keeps preheating and burning everything. I paid over 3K for these just over a year ago. I take exceptional care of them. they are immaculately clean. I am now being told they will charge me to come out and replace a part to apparently were paid to replace previously and chose not to. And telling me they are sorry but that's all they can do. I am tired of paying for (professional series) appliances that are junk and then to not stand behind them. I'm out 3K. my wife cannot use our ovens to cook and I'm stuck with choosing to pay money out for something that should have been taken care of and now it has more issues.
