This company has been constantly calling on an almost daily basis and leaving messages about my "account" and requesting I call back.
I NEVER applied for any loan, and REFUSE to provide them my personal identifying information to "verify" my identity.
I demand this company immediately stop calling me and that they correct their records to reflect that I did not apply for any type of loan.

I had applied for a loan with WithU Loans. I signed forms agreeing to the terms and the amount they accepted me for. I put my bank information to have the funds deposited, however I received a call stating they could not deposit the funds because they don’t work with my specific bank and would need to send a check. I have not received any check. Now they are claiming that I am late on payments and owe them money when I do not. I have not received a DIME from them, so I will not be paying them anything. They are scammers and keep emailing and calling me for what they claim I owe. I want them to discontinue the agreement and quit harassing me with all the calls/emails.Business Response

I ended up with alone unknowingly from with you loans a couple months ago. The loan was $1300. I have now paid well over $2000 back.. I have called several times to see if I could work something out with them. I’m not asking them for anything other than helping me figure out a way to pay this down without leaving me bankrupt taking $600 a month out of my account. I have a family to support and I’m taking that much money for me is leaving me struggling, they have not been willing to help me. They just tell me if I change my payment schedule. It’s just gonna cost me more money. I do not think that is right considering I have already paid well beyond what I borrowed. I received a small loan of $400.00 from withU Loans. The agreement was for me to pay $46.24 per week auto pay from my bank account. The 1st week they took out the correct amount from my bank account. But by the third week they have taken 2 (two) payments a week out of my account. The agreement said for 1 (one) payment a week, not for two.Business Response

This company contacted me via email advising me that my loan was approved. I never applied for a loan with this company. I replied to the email informing that I do not have a loan with them, the representative replied stating I need to fill out an affidavit reporting identity theft. The rep sent a copy of the loan agreement and the account that was funded does not have a name but simply states that the bank is *** *** ******. I called the company and was not given any assistance because they kept asking me to verify the account when in fact I don’t have an account with them to verify. So I emailed the affidavit again stating I do not have an account with PNC and I never applied for a loan nor was I funded any funds. I then asked what kind of company approved and funded a loan without check stubs or job verification. I have yet to be responded to.Business Response

The company offered a $900.00 loan and I asked the customer service representative if I pay the $943.00 that was on the statement would that be the final payment.
