    **** ***************************** has filed for a garnishment against me and my Business for a debt from a person whom I do not know, nor have I ever had them as an employee. On April 11th of 2023 I received by mail a letter demanding Answer A Garnishment Affidavit, listing my name and my business name. Stating they believed My Business had property within my possession or in my control. I hired and attorney that answered that Affidavit and filed with the court regarding CS-******** ******************************* v ******** *******. That answer was filed on May 12th 2023 and is on record with ****. A post judgment Affidavit was filed on May 19th 2023 stating that ****************************** had property in their possession or under their control. Then on May 26th 2023 Dismissal and discharge of Garnishment from any further duty or responsibility to respond to said garnishee summons.Since then this firm has filed on other banks and credit unions and none have had any property nor any control of property owned by the Defendant. Then out of the blue myself and my business received in the mail another Garnishment Affidavit for the same Defendant that has been listed in the court case that has already received a response and a DISMISSAL AND DISCHARGE OF GARNISHMENT My business nor myself have no acquaintance, nor have i ever employed the defendant and at a complete loss as to why i would have to answer another Garnishment Affidavit. The Plaintiff in this matter has sworn under penalty of perjury to the court that i am indebted to the Plaintiff witch is in fact a reckless statement done without diligent inquiry concerning the validity of that statement.

    I wish I could give a -10 review. These are the most incredibly rude people I have ever talked to regarding an employees garnishment. Businesses like this need to be shut down if they can't hire anyone with some sort of etiquette.

    Currently dealing with this agency. So far, it's been terrible. I will update after my next meeting to see if it was any more personable or still the same cutthroat customer service for the $2000 I owe that I'm being garnished for... I also highly recommend their staff take a mental health first aid course; with the community they work in, they need to be more sensitive.

    I had never missed a payment with this firm. I even have proof, that all payments were made, and cashed by this firm. Without notice they garnished all my wages. Even if I would have missed a payment, which I did not. They never called in the four month time frame, they stated I did not pay. They just went to garnishing my wages, causing emotional distress, and causing a financial burden.

    Truly, If I could give them 0 stars, I would.I had a balance with Dental First Financing and I had an abcessed tooth so it needed to be removed. Well, turns out there were other problems that the dentist screwed up. I had to pay another dentist out of pocket to fix ALL of the problems the dentist messed up. I spoke with Dental First Financing on and off for years and was told that my account would be zeroed out (I should have gotten proof, that was my fault I did not)I was served at my house and spoke with LBN. I agreed to pay my balance of the debt and that only. I was told that if the $1,089.15 was not paid off by March 20, 2023 they would add all sorts of fees to my balance, which would be hundreds if not thousands of dollars extra. The lady I talked to did not care whatsoever about my situation, only to get their money.

    Love, Beal, and Nixon, P. C. have ruined peoples lives for money and have zero humanity. I have not dealt with them directly however I have a close friend whose life has been turned upside down because of this firm run by heartless, greedy attorneys. Its very sad that they dont have even a drop of compassion for people. They are part of the reason people dont trust lawyers.
