  In May 2024, my wife and I registered with *********************************************** Law Firm. We were initially informed of various services that have not materialized. The most concerning aspect is the lack of communication from the firm. As of June 2025, we have not received a call from *********************************************** despite our repeated calls and emails. My wife and I both make separate monthly payments to the firm and remit payments directly to them.On June 4, 2025, I was served a summons by the local sheriffs department. I promptly contacted *********************************************** Law Firm, which informed me to fax the summons to an email address. I was advised that I would receive a response within 7-10 business days. The summons must be answered within 30 days. I am confident that I will be the one requiring ***********************************************s assistance in obtaining guidance and advice on the appropriate course of ********* retrospect, signing with *********************************************** was one of the most regrettable decisions I have ever made.

  I hired *********************************************** Law Firm for debt settlement services, expecting professional support to help manage and resolve my debts. They settled two accounts and payments are only going to one ****************** has showed for the second one settled since January 2025. My overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing.The biggest issue is the lack of communication. Ive reached out multiple times with questions about my payment plan and requested updates but I rarely get responses, ever after speaking with a manager. Each time Im told they are short staffed. They often promise that someone will call me back or follow up with information, but that never happens. Ive also submitted written requests for weeks, and have been completely ignored.I continue making monthly payments through their payment processor, but I have no clarity on how much is left or whether my payment should be adjusted. When I reached out to the payment processor, I was told that all changes have to go through *********************************************** yet *********************************************** wont respond.This level of unresponsiveness shows poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. It adds unnecessary stress to an already difficult financial situation. I am seriously considering switching to another company that will communicate clearly, be more transparent and treat clients with respect.I would not recommend *********************************************** unless they significantly improve their client service and accountability.

  Im now being served by one of the creditors I included in my debt settlement portfolio. This firm is slow, non responsive or slow to respond, Im disgusted at this point. If you are approached by ** ********* for debt consolidation/management, RUN. Arnold and Smith Law Firm will be assigned to your case if you live outside of the states that ** ********* normally serves. I feel like I was conned by the representative I spoke with at ** *********.

  If anyone is considering this law firm for representation with debt consolidation, do not use them. They are horrible at communication, they lose documents, you have to call them and follow up, and they still do not respond to you. They do not keep you, the client, informed and you are in the dark on what is happening. Yet, they collect your funds. This was a horrible decision and I regret it to this day.I have faxed and emailed the same documents over and over again. I have emailed and asked for responses, and no one ever responds.Bad business practices and extremely poor communication.

  I have reached out multiple times concerning my debt consolidation. I have had no response, per usual. I have called on multiple occasions without an answer or a call back. I now have an account who is threatening to take legal action against me if I do not make a payment. However, I am unable to pay them since Im paying a law firm who does absolutely nothing. None of my accounts have been contacted to negotiate nor have they been paid in any way. I have over $1500 in my global account, which may I mind you charges me $30 a month for some membership fees, and that has yet to be used for any debt consolidation. Multiple accounts are within the $1500. I was informed, by *******, which is the last time Ive ever been contacted, was 10/29/2024. I started my contract with you in September. This is the worst decision I have ever made, and I will do not recommend anyone to this firm.

  I have emailed and called them numerous times to get an update on my debt settlement status. As of yet, I have not been contacted. This is not what I expected from this firm. I am not very pleased with this non-responsive action.
