      Paid for life insurance for my daughter since July of 2007. They placed a loan on my account @ 6% interest, without authorization, for $178.31. I closed it today for a full refund of $193.69 after paying my monthly premium for 18 YEARS!! Tell me there isnt something fishy going onNEVER BUY A POLICY FROM GLOBE LIFEcrooked business practices for sure! What an absolute SCAM!!

      My mom has had a policy on my brother since 1986. Now since her passing we have experienced issues in making payments and they stated a loan was taken out and they cant provide any documentation where the loan was taken out. I have made several attempts to only get rude people and still not resolved. I had to send a money order for additional money so that I could make a payment and once again its unavailable for payment. I asked the interest rate, when the loan was taken out, and they assured me that notices are sent out monthly and weve gotten nothing. My mom paid all of her bills as soon as she got them and I paid them all online. Not once have weve gotten a statement on this supposed loan. There is something fishy going on with Globe Life Insurance and this is getting beyond frustrating. So I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and getting an attorney.

      My dad passed 5/12/2025 and the funeral services were paid but the remaining left has to be reviewed. I have reached out several times and get a different person with a different response, this place is awful!!!!!! Stay away from this company!!!!!!

      Unfortunately, I must agree about the misrepresentation and ************* of this company.Contracted for a $20k term policy. Provided contract stating $128/mo. with NO mention of yearly monthly premium increases. Then actual "policy" arrived with a $164/mo. policy with NO explanation for increase OR any notification of why. They can keep their $1 first month "fee". Cancelling before first payment due. Just a disreputable and despicable way to handle new clients -- like we wouldn't notice?

      Globe Life is a complete and total scam. Unfortunately for me, I've been paying premiums for over 15 years before I learned that I have no real policy, it is ALL FAKE. They have many people there who are well trained to lie to you and they seem to enjoy doing it. They have stolen thousands from me and I intend to find a way to get it ******* NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY - THE POLICIES ARE ALL FAKE.

      Cancelled a policy that was 16 years old. Called to get bank draft stopped since they would only do that on phone and not on line. Still had to pay that months premium which was fine. However they have decided to still draft my account again even though they tell me the bank information had been deleted from that policy. Now they want letters and all types of unnecessary actions to process a refund. I figured a company this size could surely manage their finances better that this. It looks like it will be cheaper and easier to merely tell my bank to block their drafts. Just hope it does not interfere with the other 5 policies i purchased. They do have very nice representatives to talk to if you can navigate their automated phone system, I really hope I never have to file one of the policies but if this is any sign of how they handle things I would probably have to send them DNA from the deceased and wait 5 more years.

      I paid globe life insurance for mom my mom's we have a ****** Policy hoping that would cover funeral Burial plot headstone you know all the bad things you know you will need at a terrible time my mom died Unexpectedly due to covid they only paid ****** to the funeral home now we are left trying to figure out how to pay for everything that worse part is the money they owe to us for paying for the policy is a game to them they send me a ****** check with the wrong name I guess if you can't cash the check they keep your money It's a Pyramid Scam .I don't know how they are allowed to Opeoperate dont waste your money.When the terrible Time comes, they will not pay your funeral bill.And when they try to send you your premium check back It will be in the wrong name so you can't even cash it i wouldnt wish this Experience on anyone if I save one family heartache that I have went through then Telling my story was worth it

      We got paperwork saying be successfully canceled after being told it was already canceled and charged and then now we have three more months of charges after we supposedly canceled and the guy won't respond and they won't refund us so we had to pay to get our account to block them

      Globe Life has tried to fraud me over and over again They added a term life policy to my account without my permission, ***** life is the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with I want every dime I paid them back since 2020 I would not even give them a one star

      My exhusband passed away 10 months after he signed up through his job for the life insurance. We have 3 kids and he wanted to make sure we would be ok if anything were to happen. It was an accidental od and bc of this it has been over a year and they continue to tell me my case is under review. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know!
