      "We had a Life shield agent come to our home for a quote, wrote a policy with my husband, an hour after she left my husband called and told the agent to cancel the policy because he could get it at his place of employment, she told us she was cancelling the policy, this happened on 4/6/25, I just learned today 7/9/25 that two payments was taken out our bank account and now they don't want to cancel or refund our money back." ...
